can you tell me how can i change the bar with the buttons and how can use them . these buttons is under the logo "EVE ONLINE , EVE STYLE".

Thank you for your post KONSTANTINOS, we have attached the PSD header for this purpose, so if you need to change the buttons, you have to change them in the PSD file.
