vB Alien grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use the templates, skins, styles, button sets, icon sets and graphics sold on our site in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership
Each described membership gives you the right to use vB Alien templates on as many sites (means vBulletin installations, NOT domains) as described later. It is not permitted to use our templates or products on more than the allowed sites. Please make sure that you only use the permitted number, so if you have more sites using our template or products you must remove the templates on the other sites. It is required to register all sites using vB Alien templates in your "site list" in the member area. You may continue to use the chosen templates even after your membership is expired - so that means the templates are not time-limited.

2. Product Delivery
As soon as you have carried out payment and we can acknowledge receipt of the money, we will email you your membership information. In case you have not received an email from our side within 24 hours, please contact us through this web site. After receiving our email with your account details, you have immediate access to our member area. The email address you are giving us, should be valid, as we will use it to contact you. We therefore recommend to use your company`s email address. Note: Your order can be pending for manual antifraud check up from Paypal.

3. Refund Policy
Since vB Alien is offering non-tangible irrevocable software products please contact us describing your situation and reason for refund request. If mutual agreement cannot be reached regarding your issues, in this case a refund will be provided.

4. Privacy Policy
Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product and addressing any customer service issues.

5. License
5.1. Ownership
Any vB Alien products modified or unmodified are not your property. You do not own them. They are property of vB Alien. Notice: Re-use of any graphics, icons or photos from the demo content for any purpose is strictly prohibited. The demo content is only for demonstration use.

5.2. Unauthorized use
It is not permitted to put our products in a modified or changed or even unmodified version on a disk, website, P2P or any other medium and use it for resale purposes. Should you intend to do so you have to discuss and agree upon this with vB Alien in any case.

5.3. Modifications
You are allowed to make any changes and modifications in the templates or products to suit your needs. It is not permitted to change or remove the copyright information in source code. This includes the xml descriptor file and all php, javascript, html and css files distributed with our products except 3rd party libraries. Of course any visual copyrights for example in the footer can be removed. However, you are not allowed to resale or redistribute these changes and modifications as GPL or other licenses.

5.4. Assignability
Should you intend to give your license to someone else or to delegate it, you have to agree upon that with vB Alien first.

6. Warranty
vB Alien gives no warranty or guarantee for our templates or products in any manner. Please ensure that your browser works with the template. We cannot give you the guarantee that the templates will work with all third party components. Please be aware of that. We guarantee that all our templates work with the current version of vBulletin. But we cannot guarantee though that they will work with the future version of vBulletin.

7. Support
Please notice that we are not going to help you by email. Should you require any help regarding installation, modification or administration of our templates you can use the forum in the member area. vB Alien is not monitoring these forum but we do our best to answer your questions
